Mac n Cheese with a Tangy Twist

This series of Mac n Cheese has a stylistic approach inspired by the Old West and Cowboys. Cocinero, the created brand, means “Chef” in Spanish. Many Spanish words were incorporated into Cowboy slang in the mid-1800’s. Each box of Mac n cheese comes with a unique BBQ recipe that will take the consumer to a different flavor in the U.S.

The three flavors represent BBQ flavors from across the U.S. Texas Style is a spicy Barbacoa BBQ inspired from Southern Texan Flavors. Carolina Style is a reflection of South Carolina’s tangy Honey Mustard BBQ. Kansas City Style is Missouri’s famous tangy and classic style BBQ.
